Tee Times

Managers can set tee times for each week so players always know when they’re playing. Tee times appear on the player schedule and dashboard alongside matchup and course information.

Setting Tee Times

There are two ways to set tee times:

Per-Week

1
Open a week
Navigate to the week you want to edit from the Weeks tab.
2
Enter the tee time
Set the tee time in the time field on the week edit form.
3
Save
Save the week. The tee time is now visible to players.

You can also edit tee times directly on the Weeks tab without opening the full week edit form. Click the tee time field next to any week to edit it inline. An editor appears below the week label with a Done button to confirm your change.

Bulk Generation

When generating weeks in bulk, set a default tee time that applies to all generated weeks at once. This is ideal when your league plays at the same time every week.

1
Open bulk generation
Navigate to the Weeks tab and click Generate Weeks.
2
Configure settings
Set the start date, number of weeks, interval (typically 7 days), default course, and default tee time.
3
Optional alternate course
Optionally select a second course that alternates with the primary course each week.
4
Generate
Click Generate. All weeks are created with the configured tee time.

After bulk generation, you can still edit any individual week’s tee time if it needs to change.

Player View

Players see tee times in two places:

  • Dashboard — The next upcoming round shows the tee time prominently
  • Schedule — The full season schedule lists the tee time for every week

Tee times are displayed in the league’s configured timezone. If no timezone is set, the league’s zip code is used to automatically derive the correct timezone.

info

Tee times are optional — weeks without a tee time simply will not show a time. Make sure your league’s zip code is set so tee times display in the correct timezone.
