Bridge Installation & Bay Setup

The RoundBoss Bridge connects your GSPro simulator PC to RoundBoss, enabling live scoring, kiosk check-in, automatic session management, and score finalization for your indoor golf league.

The Bridge is a Golf Course plan feature. Download and installation require an account that owns a facility with an active Golf Course Starter or Pro plan. See Billing.

What the Bridge Does

The Bridge runs alongside GSPro on each simulator PC. It handles all communication between GSPro and RoundBoss automatically, including:

Sending live scores to RoundBoss in real-time
Automatically creating sessions for today's scheduled league weeks
Serving the bay's check-in kiosk and launching GSPro on the league course
Auto-finalizing completed rounds into official league results

Download

Go to your Manager Dashboard, find the My Bridge section, and click Download Bridge. This downloads a .zip file containing the installer. If your account has no active Golf Course plan, the section shows a lock and a Set Up Your Facility link instead.

You do not need to install anything else on the simulator PC — everything is included.

Installation

Extract the ZIP

Right-click the downloaded file and choose "Extract All".

Run the installer

Double-click the RoundBoss Bridge setup executable.

Follow the prompts

The installer will guide you through the configuration.

Complete

The Bridge will be installed as a Windows service that starts automatically.

What Gets Installed

RoundBossBridge Windows service — a compiled application that starts with the PC and talks to RoundBoss and GSPro.
GSPro plugin (BepInEx) — a plugin inside GSPro's BepInEx folder that streams shots to the Bridge and shows the League Check-In button on GSPro's main menu.
Kiosk — the touch check-in screens served by the Bridge (see Kiosk & Auto-Session).

Updates

Bridge — new Bridge versions ship as a new installer. Download it again from My Bridge and run it on each simulator PC; it upgrades in place.
GSPro plugin — the plugin does not update on its own either. When the facility dashboard's bay list shows “In-game plugin is out of date”, re-run the Bridge installer on that PC from a fresh download.

Windows Service

The Bridge runs as a Windows service that starts automatically when the PC boots and runs in the background.

Restart the Bridge	Open Services (services.msc) → find RoundBossBridge → Restart
Check status	Services → RoundBossBridge should show "Running"
View logs	Open `bridge.log` in the Bridge install folder

Multi-Bay Rollout

Add each bay

Add each bay in the Facility Dashboard.

Download installer

Download the installer from My Bridge (or reuse the same ZIP).

Install on each PC

Install on each simulator PC following the installer prompts.

Verify connectivity

Each bay should show as "Online" in the Facility Dashboard within 60 seconds of starting.

Once installed, the Bridge finds today's scheduled leagues and sets up sessions on its own. No daily setup needed.

Troubleshooting

Bridge service not starting? Open Windows Services and verify the RoundBossBridge service is present. Try restarting it manually.

Issue	Solution
Bay shows "Offline" in dashboard	Verify the PC has internet access and the Bridge service is running in Services
Scores not streaming	Ensure GSPro is running on the simulator PC. Restart the Bridge service
No League Check-In button in GSPro	The GSPro plugin is missing or out of date. Re-run the Bridge installer, then restart GSPro
Download Bridge is locked	Your account needs a facility with an active Golf Course plan. Set up your facility under Golf Course Mode
Edge SmartScreen warning on download	The installer is served as a ZIP to avoid this. If still seen, click "More info" then "Run anyway"
