Golf Course Mode
Golf Course Mode is a portal for golf course owners and facility operators to manage their courses, track golfer activity, and run events through RoundBoss.
Overview
Course owners get a dedicated dashboard separate from the league manager interface. From this dashboard, you can manage one or more facilities, each with its own courses, golfers, and events.
Provide a public check-in page via QR code or kiosk for walk-in and event golfers.
Track round activity, usage trends, and golfer frequency across your facility.
Post updates visible to golfers who have checked in at your facility.
Create and manage tournaments, clinics, or social events with date, time, and capacity.
Advertise deals or specials to your golfer community.
Connect leagues that play at your facility for golfer import and shared data.
Facilities
A facility represents a physical golf venue (e.g., "Pine Valley Golf Club"). Each facility can have multiple courses (e.g., "Front Nine", "Championship Course"). The course owner dashboard shows all your facilities with course counts and quick-access links.
Golfer Check-In
Golfers can check in at your facility using a public check-in page. Each facility has a unique check-in URL that can be displayed on a kiosk, printed as a QR code, or shared digitally.
Golfer Portal
Golfers who check in at a facility get access to a dedicated portal where they can:
- View their round history and stats at the facility
- See the live leaderboard for current events
- Read facility announcements
- Track their scorecards
