NeutroTV Screens

Show your league boards on NeutroTV screens: tonight's live session board, season standings, and the next league night. NeutroTV designs the screen; RoundBoss feeds it the numbers a few seconds behind the shot.

In NeutroTV
Open Integrations → RoundBoss → Connect. You'll be sent to RoundBoss.

Approve in RoundBoss
Sign in as the facility owner, choose the facility, and click Approve.

Pick your boards
Back in NeutroTV, choose the league and which board goes on each screen.

Approving only shares league names, schedules, live session boards, and standings. NeutroTV never receives emails, phone numbers, player contact details, or any payment or billing data — and it can't change your leagues, scores, or settings.

What the screens show

  • Live session board — every player in play across your bays: score to par, holes through, last hole played. Appears only while a session is running; when nothing is in play the screen returns to its normal playlist.
  • Season standings — rank, average or handicap (shown with your league's own label), points, and rounds played.
  • Next league night — date, tee time in the facility's local time, course and nine, and RSVP counts.

The live board updates as shots come in — no refresh needed. Standings and next-night boards update whenever they're checked.

Disconnect

Facility Dashboard → Connected displays → Disconnect. Takes effect immediately. Reconnecting from NeutroTV issues a fresh connection.

Troubleshooting

  • NeutroTV says "disconnected" — the connection was revoked; reconnect from NeutroTV.
  • NeutroTV says "plan expired" — renew the Golf Course plan on the facility Billing page. The connection resumes on its own once the plan is active again.
  • Board is empty — no session is active for that league. Check the league's Simulator tab.

What's not in v1 yet

A few fields are on the board payloads but not filled in yet — NeutroTV should treat them as optional and expect them to fill in later:

  • Live rows don't yet carry a time for the last shot, or a team/matchup label.
  • Standings rows don't yet carry a "through week" count (rounds played is filled in and accurate).

These are tracked as follow-up work (NEUTROTV-BOARD-V1-FOLLOWUPS) and will populate without a contract change.
