Player Directory

The player directory is a manager-level contact book that stores player information across all your leagues. Add players once to your directory, then import them into any league without re-entering their details.

How It Works

The directory is separate from individual league rosters. It acts as a central database of players you manage. When you create a new league or need to add players mid-season, you can pull from your directory instead of typing names and contact info from scratch.

Adding Players

1
Open the directory

Access the player directory from your manager dashboard.

2
Add players

Add individually — Enter a player's name, email, and phone number one at a time.

CSV import — Upload a spreadsheet of players. Download the CSV template for the correct column format.

Players you import from the directory keep their career stats and history from other leagues.

Exporting a Directory PDF

Managers can export the full directory as a PDF document for printing or offline reference. The PDF includes all player names and contact information.

Managing Entries

  • Edit any directory entry to update contact information
  • Delete entries you no longer need
  • Directory entries are per-manager and not shared between accounts
info
RoundBoss uses phone numbers to recognize returning players. If the same person joins multiple leagues with the same phone number, their career stats are linked together automatically.
