Golf Course Database

RoundBoss includes a searchable database of golf courses with full scorecard data, so you don't have to enter par and handicap values manually.

Searching for a Course

1
Open Settings

Open your league and go to Settings.

2
Search the database

In the Course section, click Search Course Database and type a course or club name.

3
Select a tee set

Choose a tee set (e.g., Blue, White, Red) — tees are grouped by Men's and Women's with course rating, slope, and yardage shown for each.

4
Import the data

Confirm the selection. All course data is copied into your league automatically.

What Gets Imported

When you import a course from the database, the following data is copied into your league:

  • Course name
  • Par per hole (front 9 + back 9)
  • Handicap index per hole
  • Course rating and slope
  • Yardage per hole and total
info
You can edit anything after importing. If your course has different yardages or handicap rankings, just update them.

Manual Entry

You can always enter course data manually if your course is not in the database. The manual scorecard entry flow is unchanged.

Even if your course is in the database, review the imported handicap rankings. Some courses update their hole handicaps periodically.
