Solo Mode

Solo Mode gives individual golfers a personal space to track rounds outside of league play. It is free — there is nothing to buy. You can log scores at any course, view your stats, and switch between Solo Mode and your league player portal.

Solo Dashboard

The dashboard shows a snapshot of your activity:

  • Display name, email, and GHIN info at the top
  • Quick stats — total rounds, scoring average, and best round
  • Recent rounds — your last 5 rounds with course, score, and date
  • Linked leagues — any league player accounts connected through your profile

Stats Preferences

By default, only outdoor rounds are included in your scoring average and best round. If you want simulator rounds counted as well, enable Include simulator rounds in stats from your profile settings.

Context Switching

If your Solo account is linked to one or more league player profiles, you can switch between them without logging out.

From Solo to League

On the Solo dashboard, a My Leagues button appears if you have linked leagues. Tap it to see the list of your active leagues, then select one to jump directly to that league’s player portal.

From League to Solo

In the league player portal, tap the profile header dropdown. If a Solo account is linked, you will see a My Solo Rounds option. Tap it to switch to the Solo dashboard.

lightbulb
Your Solo and league accounts are linked automatically — RoundBoss matches them using your email or phone number.

Solo Career Stats

The Solo career page provides a deeper statistical breakdown beyond the dashboard summary. View your scoring trends, course-by-course performance, and round history with filters by round type and date range.

Round Details

Tap any round from your round history to view the full scorecard:

  • Hole-by-hole scores, putts, GIR (greens in regulation), and fairways hit
  • Course information including name, tee, par, rating, and slope
  • Net total (when handicap data is available)

You can also delete rounds you no longer want in your history.

Troubleshooting

IssueSolution
Magic link not arrivingCheck your spam folder. Magic links expire after 15 minutes — request a new one if needed
Solo account not linking to league profileThe email or phone number on your Solo account must match the one on your league player profile. Ask your league manager to verify your contact info
Leagues not showing in context switcherYour Solo account must be linked to a player profile that belongs to an active league. If you recently joined a league, sign out and back in to refresh the link
Scoring average seems wrongBy default only outdoor rounds count. Enable “Include simulator rounds in stats” in your profile to include sim rounds
Cannot find a course when starting a roundOutdoor courses come from the global database. Simulator courses come from the GSPro library. Use the appropriate search tab for your round type
