Quick Start
Welcome to RoundBoss, the easiest way to run a golf league. This guide will get you up and running in minutes.
What RoundBoss Does
RoundBoss handles everything your weekly golf league needs: player management, automatic matchup generation, handicap-based stroke allocation, score entry, and live leaderboards. Players access their stats through one personal link that RoundBoss emails them — it opens every league they play in, and no account or password is required.

Getting Started in 3 Steps
Sign up as a manager, name your league, and configure your season length and scoring preferences.
Enter players one by one or import a roster via CSV. An email address is required for each player — RoundBoss automatically emails them their personal link.
Choose a matchup mode (random no-repeat, skill-based, social mixer, or manual) and RoundBoss pairs players each week automatically.
Key Concepts
Players earn points per hole with a bonus for lowest total. All point values, caps, and bonuses are configurable. See Scoring Configuration.
Averages are calculated over a configurable number of weeks. Stroke differences are applied to the hardest holes on the course.
When an opponent misses a week, the present player can still earn points by playing against their own average with the league's card table.
