Adding Players

1
Open the Players tab

Navigate to your league and select the Players tab from the management toolbar.

2
Choose your method

Individual Entry — Click "Add Player" and enter the player's name. They will be assigned a unique access link automatically.

CSV Import — Upload a CSV file with player names to add your entire roster at once. The CSV should have one player name per row. Use the Export Template button on the Players tab to download a pre-formatted CSV with the correct columns and a sample row.

3
Share access links

Each player receives a unique URL and QR code. Share these with players so they can access their portal — no account creation or password needed.

Editing Players

Click any player in the roster to edit their name, phone number, GHIN number, or view their access link. Handicap visibility for the entire league can be toggled in Settings.

For simulator leagues, the Edit Player modal also includes a Preferred Tee dropdown showing tees available across all league courses (e.g., Blue, White, Red). The preferred tee determines the tee settings used in GSPro during kiosk check-in and is used in WHS handicap calculation to select the correct slope and course rating.

Removing Players

Players can be removed from the league roster. Removing a player does not delete their historical scores -- past matchup results are preserved for leaderboard accuracy.

Removing a player keeps their past scores on the leaderboard, but they will not show up in any future matchups.

Bulk Operations

Use the bulk operations toolbar to select multiple players for actions like bulk delete.
