Season Pass & Annual Plans
Golf courses and simulator facilities buy a Golf Course plan per facility. Each plan comes in two terms: a 6-month Season Pass or a 12-month Annual term. There is no monthly plan.

Both plans include the simulator features (Bridge, GSPro live scoring, kiosk check-in, TV leaderboard), the facility profile page, announcements and events, analytics, and chatbot support. Every league linked to the facility is covered — no per-seat fees.
Terms
- Season Pass — any 6 consecutive months. The term starts the day you pay and runs 183 days.
- Annual — 12 months (365 days) from the day you pay.
You pick the term on the facility’s Billing page in Golf Course Mode. The plan’s expiry date is shown there along with your invoices.
Additional Locations
Each plan covers one location. Additional locations are 20% off — contact [email protected] to set them up.
When a Plan Lapses
There is no automatic renewal. When the term ends:
- Simulator features stop being available to the facility owner’s account: the Bridge download locks, and the wizard’s Simulator option locks with an upsell.
- Linked leagues are no longer covered by the facility plan.
- Your facility, courses, leagues, and history are kept. Buy a new Season Pass or Annual term from the Billing page to pick up where you left off.
