Billing & Trial
RoundBoss has three ways to pay, depending on who you are. Solo golfers pay nothing. League managers buy a $10 seat per player, active for one year. Golf courses and simulator facilities buy a Golf Course plan (Season Pass or Annual) that covers every linked league and unlocks the simulator features. There is no monthly plan.

Simulator features require a Golf Course plan. The Bridge, GSPro live scoring, kiosk check-in, and the TV leaderboard are included with Golf Course Starter and Pro. Clubhouse leagues are outdoor / manual-scoring leagues. In the setup wizard, the Simulator option stays locked (with a link to set up your facility) until your account owns a facility with an active plan.
Free Trial
Every new manager account starts with a 14-day free trial:
- Duration — 14 days from signup
- Player limit — Up to 4 players
- League limit — 1 trial league at a time
- Auto-activation — Your first league is activated automatically when you create it during the trial — no payment step in the wizard
Clubhouse: How Activation Works
The total cost is seat count × $10. For example, 12 players = $120.00 for a full year of coverage.
Coverage & Renewal
- One year of coverage — Each seat is active for a full year from your payment date. Coverage does not depend on how many weeks you schedule.
- Up to 52 weeks of play — You can configure up to 52 weeks of play per paid year.
- Add seats anytime — Add a seat whenever a new player joins for $10 each. New seats are covered through your existing renewal date — there is no proration.
- Renew yearly — Renew each year for $10 per seat to start a fresh 365 days. There is no automatic renewal.
There is no automatic renewal. When your one-year coverage period expires, renew each seat for $10 to start a fresh 365 days. Plan ahead so there is no gap in your league.
Golf Course Plans
Golf Course plans are bought per facility from the facility’s Billing page in Golf Course Mode. Choose Starter or Pro and a term:
- Season Pass — any 6 consecutive months, starting the day you pay
- Annual — 12 months from the day you pay
Leagues linked to the facility are covered by the plan — there are no per-seat charges for them. While the plan is active, the facility owner can download the Bridge and create Simulator leagues in the wizard. Requesting course owner access itself is free; only the plan is paid. Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Authorize.net
- Card details are handled securely and never stored by RoundBoss
- Each activation includes duplicate-payment protection to prevent accidental double charges
Invoices
Every activation, seat addition, renewal, or facility plan purchase (paid or free) generates an invoice record showing:
- Amount charged
- Plan, term, and seat count
- League or facility name
- Payment date and status
You can view your full payment history in the Invoices section of your account.
