GSPro Compatible — Live Scoring Plugin
RoundBoss is GSPro compatible. The RoundBoss GSPro plugin (the Bridge) brings live scoring, kiosk check-in, leaderboards, and automatic score finalization to your indoor league sessions. It is included with the Golf Course Starter and Pro facility plans — Clubhouse leagues are outdoor / manual-scoring only. See Billing.
Players tap their name on the bay kiosk, or scan a QR code with their phone, and are matched to their league profile.
Scores stream in real-time from GSPro into RoundBoss with automatic leaderboard updates.
At the end of the session, scores are finalized into official league match records.
Run several bays under one league — up to 4 on Golf Course Starter, unlimited on Pro — with bay-specific leaderboard filtering.
Prerequisites
Before using the RoundBoss GSPro plugin (GSPro-compatible live scoring), you need:
- An account with a facility on an active Golf Course plan
- A RoundBoss league created as a Simulator league in the wizard (or with a course linked to a GSPro course)
- GSPro installed and running on your simulator PC
- The RoundBoss Bridge application installed on the simulator PC
- Network connectivity between the simulator PC and the internet
Setup
Check-In
Players check in on the bay kiosk (served by the Bridge, also reachable through the League Check-In button on GSPro's main menu):
- Tap Start League Session and pick today's league
- Tap your name on the roster, or tap the QR icon and scan the code with your phone (the phone must have your RoundBoss player link open)
- When the group is checked in, tap Start Round — GSPro launches on the league course with the checked-in players

Live Scoring
Once players are checked in and GSPro is running:
- Every shot is captured and sent to RoundBoss in real-time
- The live leaderboard updates automatically showing score to par, total score, putts, and GIR
- Clicking a player on the leaderboard shows detailed hole-by-hole stats
Accessing the Live Leaderboard
Each session in the Simulator tab has a Live Leaderboard link; the League Leaderboard button at the top of the tab opens the league-wide view (/sim/league-live/{leagueId}). Both are public pages that can be displayed on a TV or shared with spectators.
Score Finalization
Finalization writes the live scores into official league match records. It maps each checked-in player to their league matches for the selected week.

Multi-Bay Setup
For facilities with multiple simulator bays:
- When creating a session, set Bay Count to the number of bays (up to 8)
- During check-in, players select which bay they are using
- The live leaderboard shows bay badges next to player names
- Use the bay filter buttons to view scores from a specific bay
Multi-bay sessions track all bays in a single session, making management straightforward.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |

| Simulator tab not showing | Create the league as a Simulator league in the wizard, or link the course scorecard to a GSPro course. Simulator leagues require a Golf Course plan |
| Scores not updating live | Check that the Bridge app is running on the simulator PC. Look for the green "Live" indicator on the leaderboard page |
| Player not matched during check-in | The player must exist in the league roster. For QR check-in, their phone must have their RoundBoss player link open |
| Finalization reports errors | Review the error details. Common causes: player has no match for the week, or GSPro player name doesn't match any check-in record |
| QR code not scanning | Ensure the device camera has permission. Try increasing QR code display size or improving lighting |
