Outing Extras
Beyond the core scoring and side games, Golf Outing mode includes several extras to help managers run polished events: sponsors, awards, shotgun start assignments, and a live public scoreboard.
Recognize businesses and individuals supporting your event with logos and a shareable sponsor page.
Create custom awards for any recognition -- not tied to scoring.
Assign players or teams to specific starting holes for shotgun-start events.
Generate a public share link to display real-time standings on a TV or projector.
Sponsors
Add sponsors to your outing to recognize the businesses and individuals supporting the event.
Managing Sponsors
Open your outing league and go to the Outing tab.
Click Sponsors to view and manage the sponsor list.
Click Add Sponsor. Enter the sponsor name and optionally upload a logo image.
Designate one sponsor as the primary (featured) sponsor. Edit or delete sponsors at any time.
Sponsor logos are displayed on the public sponsor page and the live scoreboard.
Public Sponsor Page
Each outing has a shareable sponsor page at a unique URL. Share this link with participants so they can see who is supporting the event. The page shows all sponsors with logos and highlights the primary sponsor.
Awards
Create custom awards to hand out at the end of the outing (e.g., "Closest to Pin Hole 7", "Longest Drive", "Best Dressed").
Go to the Outing tab and click Awards.
Click Add Award. Enter the award name and optionally assign a winner.
Awards are automatically displayed on the live scoreboard.
Awards are flexible and not tied to scoring. Use them for any recognition you want -- fun prizes, participation awards, or special achievements.
Shotgun Start Assignments
For shotgun-start outings, assign players or teams to specific starting holes.
Go to the Outing tab and click Shotgun Assignments.
Assign each player or team to a starting hole number. Use Auto-assign to distribute players evenly across all holes.
Click Clear All to remove all assignments and start over.
Assignments are visible to players in their portal so they know where to go on event day.
Live Scoreboard
Generate a public share link for your outing to display a live scoreboard. The scoreboard updates in real time as scores are entered and shows:
- Current leaderboard standings
- Side game results (CTP, LD, Skins)
- Sponsor logos
- Award winners
Generating a Share Link
Go to the Outing tab in your league.
Click Generate Share Link. Copy the URL and share it or display it on a TV/projector during the event.
To disable, click Remove Share Link.
