Manager Dashboard
The dashboard is your command center for managing all of your leagues and account settings.
League Overview
The dashboard lists all leagues you manage (as owner or co-manager). Each league card shows the league name, its status (in progress, tournament, sim, trial, facility), the player count, and the season date range. Click any league to open its full management view.
See the status, player count, and season dates for every league on one screen.
A panel at the top lists weeks whose date has passed but are still unlocked, a league with no course set up yet, and what is coming up next, across every league you own or co-manage. Tap the "League has no course" card and it opens that league's Settings straight to Course Scorecards.
Leagues you co-manage appear alongside leagues you own, with actions based on your granted permissions.
Account Management
From the dashboard you can:
- Change Password — Update your account password at any time.
- Delete a League — Permanently removes the league and all associated data (players, scores, matchups). This action cannot be undone.
- Delete Account — Removes your account and all leagues you own. Requires password confirmation.
- Brightness — The manager portal has four tiers: Midnight, Night (the default), Dusk and Day. Switch with the control at the bottom of the left rail, or on a phone with the three-dot menu at the top right of any manager page (Brightness). The rail itself collapses to icons with the chevron next to the logo. Both choices are remembered on that browser.
Co-Manager Access
If you have been invited as a co-manager for a league, it will appear on your dashboard alongside leagues you own. Your available actions depend on the permissions the league owner has granted you.
Left Rail and Phone Bottom Bar
On a computer the left rail lists Dashboard, Messages, Course Dashboard (or Become a Course Owner), My Players, Templates, Clubs, Competitions, Payments and Account. Admins also see Admin Panel.
On a phone the bottom bar shows four destinations: Dashboard, Messages, Course and Players. Everything else in the rail (Templates, Clubs, Competitions, Payments, Account, and Admin Panel for admins) is under More, the fifth button. The three-dot menu at the top right holds Brightness, Help and Sign out.
Inside a league the rail switches to that league’s groups. On a computer a league shows Overview, Scoring, Schedule, Roster, Extras, Messages and Settings (a simulator league adds Simulator). A Rotating Partners or Team Nassau league shows Overview, Partners (called Matches in Team Nassau), Standings and Schedule first. On a phone the bottom bar shows Overview, Scoring, Schedule and Roster (Simulator instead of Roster for a simulator league; Overview, Partners or Matches, Standings and Schedule for Rotating Partners and Team Nassau), and More holds All leagues and the remaining groups.
